Logically, Home: Oblivion might make more sense, but 1) Home is already available, so there's no need to repeat it, and 2) Most people in Oblivion space will be staying in Oblivion space (i.e., their "root" is [Oblivion:Oblivion], so I think that the horizontal bar should reflect that.

Use ':' as a separator. We could use ">" instead, but Morrowind trails already use ":" (except for the one Dave changed, I think).
