Nevrile Omayn asked me to check up on the Telvanni Retainer she had ordered to conduct a census of Master Mithras's holdings in Ranyon-ruhn. The retainer had fallen behind schedule, and Nevrile does not appreciate slackness. |

A citizen of Ranyon-ruhn informed me that a census was indeed being taken and that Cartil Florius, the retainer, had been seen dithering around outside Brelar Gildaren's house for the past few days. |

I found the retainer, Cartil Florius, who informed me that he had been having trouble acquiring information necessary for the census from the Dunmer Brelar Gildaren. Apparently, Gildaren had objected to being asked questions by "an Imperial n'wah", and refused to speak with Cartil. |

I gave Cartil the information I had gathered. He thanked me and asked me to take his report back to Nevrile for him, because he was worried that he would be punished for his time-wasting. I told him to take the report himself. He should face the consequences of his laxness. |

Nevrile thanked me for dealing with the census. |

Because I killed Cartil Florius, Nevrile refused to give me any more chores. |
