Citizens all follow unique schedules with some bugs to date. 1 Beggar. extremely large castle to call yours (atm no quest); a few shops, with very good equipment due to pendale's rich nature; vineyard; outside the walls dock with a good amount of shipyard homes based on anvil architecture. special pendale island town guard armor and weaponry inside your castle; many many rooms to the large castle (yet not complete); town chapel with huge demonic haunted crypt which caused pendale island's original abandonment and extremly large "SOURCE" of the corruption.

This mod main aim is to improve the underwater aspect of oblivion to make you actualy enjoy being underwater. The original underwater landscape was so boring, just rocks and sand! A bit like the moon.

Although this mod doesn't add any major quests, it's a great way to add non-violent roleplaying opportunities to Oblivion. Brew House lets you buy a farm outside Anvil, get a farmhouse built (complete with personal bar and secret brewing room), buy your own lake, raise sheep and fish (and harvest their wool, scales and fish meat for a profit), plant and grow hops and grapes and brew your own beer and wine, ferment the wine longer to make more expensive, finer wine, buy a rare black sheep, etc. It also creates an alternative source of income besides selling weapons and armor, as well as providing a use for all those rakes, hoes, shovels, and shears you find.

An extremely detailed and accurate rebuilding of the city of Kvatch, from in-game information on the town to the town's architecture, culture and customs. Features many quests, shops, merchants, guild halls, a functional Arena, and all the regular favorites (Church, Houses, Gardens, etc.). Kvatch Rebuilt does not simply add the finished city when you install the mod. Instead, you are presented with a progressive questline to rebuild Kvatch in several steps.

A psuedo-psychological story-driven quest MOD focusing on the ongoing battle with an acticulate, manipulative sentient armour intent on binding you to his will, taking place within the perverted confines of the Player's mind.
Features:
- branched questline with twisted plot and unexpected turns in the story;
- multiple choices in key points of the story, the decisions in which will have consequences in the development of the plot;
- different opportunities depending on whether you choose "good" or "evil" path (but remember, in Simyaz' stories there's nothing "completely good" or "completely evil");
- strategical and tactical challenges;
- hundreds of altered textures to give the quest interiors immersive look;
- a new armour set (retextured altered model);

South of Anvil sits Windfall Island. This quest mod adds the story about Cyrodiil's highest located castle: Castle Ravenpride.
