[edit] Construction of a town
I would like to see the construction of a town, with its own unique building style, with clothiers, armorers, booksellers an other traders, a fighters guild with its own quests (separate from the fighters guild main quests) a mages guild (separate from the mages guild main quests exept recommendation) and various other quests. I would also like to see it have a working economy, a count, a castle, a town guard, a mine/quarry/farming complex, a stable, a house you can buy and a chapel of the nine.

[edit] Arcane City
Think about it, a city full of just mages. I already have a design idea, Their is two walls an outer city and smaller inner city, Baseicaly its like a giant arcane univercity, The outer area will have 8 shops 15-20 houses and 4 taverns. 2 shops will be spell merchants, one with all the novice to juorneymen spells one with all the expert to master spells, 2 alchemy shops, a place that sells enchanting material and scrolls, a store that sells all kinds of robes and staffs, and 2 book stores with tons of skill books. The houses will be like any other city, several shacks and hovels a few middle class houses and big rich houses, and the taverns will do what they ussaly do. The inner wall will be just like the arcane univercity with a few class rooms, a mages dorm rooms (for those few mages that don't have houses in the city), an enchanting area, a small library, a spell making area, and a alchemy lab. This is where most the mages who live in the city part will come to learn the ways of the arcane. In the center of the city with the univercity part will be the arch-mages summer house (its really a new bigger and better arch-mages tower.) The tower will be like castle of other towns and would be a prize for your person when you reach the rank of arch-mage, thats right this is your home, on the first floor would be the normal thron room, on the second would be the dinning area with a pantry with a long table with a big chair just for you, the third floor would be a hudge library with many skill books for you and a round table in the middle you can use for a desk, the fourth floor is your room with a big bed a alchemy table and a few dressers and chests stuff won't dissapear from, and the last floor will be the roof with a garden in the middle and sight of the whole city. If your the arch-mage you would love the tower and power the rank gives you with this city.
[edit] Fighters Square and the Imperial Zoo/Arena Breeding Program
Well the Fighters Square is the Fighters Guild answer to the Arcane University and I have the basic idea: same size as the Arcane University. It has three sparring partners and trainers for blunt, blade and H2H. In the center is a dwemer forge with some dwemer by it, ask one about it and there is Dwemer/Guild mine with coal and other ore to mine and to use the forge to make weapons. Behind it is a very large house called the master's house in which you need to be a master to live in, around the center is some shops to buy items. The Imperial Zoo is a Zoo that has every single monster in the game and also most alchemy ingredients, which are non-hostile until you attack which will only make the one you attack hostile and when they die in a few minutes they re-appear non-hostile which is related to my other idea the Arena Breeding Program which you have a grand champion match you have a fight get your reward and have another game right after that fight not having to wait a week.
[edit] Owning Shops
Once your head of every guild and done most quests making money is hard so i think owning a shop and making money weekly is something that should be made because i hate spending hours riding around waiting to find some-one to fight. well its like this you ask the owner if you could buy it (disposition 90+ to ask) and offer some money and then ask them would they like to work for you and the money you make is 200x your level - 200 gold each week, what do you think thanks for reading. There should also be jobs, like forging weapons as an apprentice armorer, or bringing random pelts and meats to a rangers shop.
[edit] Ayleid Home
All the homes are pretty plain now, sure my rosethorn manor is nice and shiny, and the bernerius manor has a nice tomb installed. But imagine you got a ayleid city as your home, you could decorate it with ayleid artifacts, Install a ayleid well, Or even make a cave that makes welkynd stones like Bramble point cave. Give it a thought it would be nice to have a white decorative home that glistens inside with a blue light.
- You could add traps too, only they wouldn't trigger when you came by, and sometimes you would see s dead (or alive) Treasure hunter/marauder/bandit trying to steal your stuff.
- There are Ayleid homes avaiable at ORE Oblivion Real Estate - Ayleid
[edit] Imperial Zoo and Research Center
Get a quest where there's been a new building underneath the Arcan University, and you're given a capture/transport spell where you have to capture every version of every creature and then you're given tips that do extra damage to each of the creatures when you fight them and then you're given a leveled reward for each of them.
[edit] Valley View Camp
I didn't know were to put this but here it is. I always thought (This may sound gay) Valley View camp had a beatiful (it kills me) view. I think some one should put a garden stretched across the valley and a village (Just of like 4 houses, a stable, a garden, and a bonfire) in place of Valley View Camp.
[edit] Bliss in Cyrodiil
I'm a big fan of the Bliss half of New Sheoth. A great mod would bring the architecture and theme to a new city in Cyrodiil. (So a person can visit there and/or live there much more easily.) The balconies are cool, the "garden" area is awesome, the architecture reminds me of Italy, and the blacksmith shop actually looks exactly the way a blacksmith shop should. The crazies can stay in the Shivering Isles though. A new name, regular town guards, new NPCs, Cyrodilic plants, but the same golden, glad-to-be-alive feel that only Bliss has. (This is assuming, of course, that 1) it's possible to use Shivering Isles content in the Cyrodiil world and 2) the user would have Shivering Isles installed.)
