It is possible that Form Flags and Book Skill subrecords are stored to same record. In those cases, Form Flags are allways stored before Book Skill subrecord. Furniture Book subrecord seem to be allways alone.

Subrecords interpretation is still unknown.

This subrecord is used in BOOK, ACHR, ACRE, NPC_, REFR, KEYM record types.

This subrecord is most likely describing has player readed book and received skill increase from it.

hasReaded	ubyte	Only observed value has been 255. ?I didn't have any unread skill books in my character inventory - most likely unread skill books have different value?

This subrecords flag 3 is not dumped to save dumps. Name of flag is just suggestive - it might have totally different meaning. It is used in books that are received from trader when player buy furniture to her house. However - it might have also other uses.

This subrecord is used in BOOK record types.
