Alenion Eulius in his store

Alenion Eulius is an Imperial Bookseller who jointly runs a bookstore with his brother Amarius. During the Painters in Love quest he will give you another suggestion to help the Amatiuses and during the A Little Help from my Friends quest he will guide you through the newly-found ruin.

He also considers himself the local historian as he will tell you when you first meet him: "It is a pleasure to meet you. I am Alenion Eulius, historian, writer and bookkeeper." Because of this, you will be directed to him during the A Third Party quest.
