Is this namespace for listing personal mods?

I was wondering the purpose of this namespace, becasue from what I have seen, it is being employed for file formats and stuff for modding. Is this as appropriate place for user-made mods to be placed? I notice it wasn't used for that in the Tes4Mod, and I was wondering the policy for pages such as this. I don't know about Tes4Mod, my personal opinion is that Tes5Mod should be kept to format/etc documentation and not listing mods/etc. Tools should be OK. —Rick 03:25, 16 December 2011 (UTC)
