Effe-Tei

Effe-Tei, an Argonian mage, can be found in the Reception Area of the Royal Palace in Mournhold. He is responsible for teleporting you back to Vvardenfell if you wish to return.

Notes

• Unlike other transport providers, Effe-Tei will only transport you to the destination. Any followers you may have are left behind; including hired mercenaries and purchased pets. Without mods, there is no way to bring any of these back to Vvardenfell with you.
• If he is killed, there are limited ways of returning to Vvardenfell until you have completed the Main Quest. One is if you have completed one of the Vampire Clan questlines and therefore possess an amulet to transport. Another is the use of Recall if your Mark is on the island.
