[edit] Detailed Walkthrough

Speak with Ilnori Faustus in the Craftsmen's Hall in the Godsreach district. He'll tell you that he's simply too good to be a simple apprentice and has ambitions to become an adventurer. He continues to say that the next time you come by he most likely won't be around. Speak with Bols Indalen in a short while (you may need to leave the building and return) and he'll complain to you that Ilnori Faustus just up and left his job without telling anyone. He mentions that if you know of anyone looking for work to let him know.

Alternatively, you could just kill Ilnori(Frenzy or Taunt). Talk to Bols about him, he won't mind and the quest will proceed as normal.

Speak with the Redguard, Therdon, in The Winged Guar. He asks you to drink with him and you learn that he was a pillow maker. You will automatically mention the job to him. The next time you enter the Craftsmen's Hall, speak with him and you will be rewarded with some Armorer's Hammers.

1		Today I met an extremely rude smithy's apprentice by the name of Ilnori Faustus. He told me how he plans on becoming an adventurer, and how he expects to abandon his apprenticeship very soon.
10		Bols Indalen at the Craftmen's Hall in Mournhold has lost his apprentice. The smith told me to send anyone I find looking for work his way.
20		I met a Redguard by the name of Therdon looking for work. I told him about the apprentice leaving Bols Indalen's service, and he seemed interested. He said he will stop by there and apply soon.
30		Therdon applied and got the job as a smith's apprentice with Bols Indalen at the Craftmen's Hall. Both Therdon and Bols seem quite happy with their arrangement.
