"It appears that you can skip all these quests with Tienius and merely speak with Fedris Hler in the Temple. If you do this, however, you will not be able to ever complete the quest in this series."

From my experience this is not true. I spoke to Fedris Hler and started his first quest before speaking to Tienius. After completing the quest objectives I didn't go back to Fedris for the reward, but went to see Tienius, and he did give me this quest. So you can speak to Fedris first before talking to Tienius to receive this quest. There was a verification tag after the statement however I'm not too sure whether you can receive this quest (and others after it) after getting the reward off Fedris for his first quest since I've never tried doing it, so I won't delete the statement until I learn more.--Willyhead^/t 16:17, 31 August 2008 (EDT)
