If you choose "Tamed Lightning" you indeed end up with the paralysis ability. This is so because for both the "paralysis" and the "Tamed Lightning" the "choice variable"is 3. This automatically leads you to recieve the paralysis ability. There is also no other dialogue option (normal, disabled, non-used or otherwise) that gives you the "Tamed Lightning". I also checked and there is indeed an ability called "Her tamed lightning" that does 10pts Shock Shield.

It seems there were originally plans to include the Tamed Lightning power, yet were probably cut by Bethesda. The dialog options are still available in the toolset (check out Almalexia's dialog options for the Missing Hand topic), so you can restore this. Extend Almalexia's conversation so that she offers this cut ability among others. Create a new answer for the player to choose in the result window, assign Choice 1 to it. Create a new Almalexia dialog (or simply copy one of the other 3 and adjust it) that has Choice==1 as its condition and gives you the lightning power:

[edit] Demoralize Humanoid on Salas
Salas can be demoralized, however it requires an extremely powerful Demoralize Humanoid spell - magnitude of exactly 330 points. Such magnitudes are obviously only possible with the Morrowind Code Patch. Why 330? I have no idea. I tested Demoralize Humanoid 320 points for 30 sec. on Touch and it didn't work. Then I created another spell, increasing the magnitude by another 10 points to 330 and this time he ran away. I tested it several times and it always worked. Any magnitude below 330 won't suffice.
I'd really like to know how the engine calculates the required magnitude. Salas's AI has a standard Flee rating of 30 points (see character sheet in TES), which means 60-70 points should suffice to increase his Flee rating to 100, thus demoralizing him. However, since nothing works below 330 points, the game obviously expects a Flee Rating of 330+30=360 points, for whatever reason. WRFan 18:25, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
- The game probably calculates your magnitude as level. But that damn high?? I can only guess that 330 is a lvl 33 (for Salas)? Giving it this way means 330 is level 33, which is not enough for him to flee, because he's 40. But with his flee rating 30 pts, it sums 33+3 = 36, which is above the 35. Probably it works this way. Additionally, have you tried others with 40 lvl and 30 flee? However 330 is a damn high.Janmojzis 16:05, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
