Bethesda has announced that its next (and last) Downloadable Content, Fighter's Stronghold, will be available for free for the first week, from October 15th to October 21st. This mod appears to be the long rumored Dragonfire Castle, although renamed to "Fighter's Stronghold".

See the official page for details, including the download link (PC users only; Xbox 360 users can obtain it from the Xbox Live marketplace). Vista users can download and install Battlehorn Castle during its free download period. Bethesda's secure downloader, which does not work with Vista, is not currently used on the download, but will likely reappear with the purchased version of Battlehorn Castle.

So far only this mod is only available in a US edition. Therefore on Xbox Live it can only be downloaded in the US and in countries that do not have a localized version of Oblivion. When localized editions become available, Bethesda has promised to also make them freely available for the first week.
