As of August 2009, I'm gradumicated and employed! I have a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (with an accidental minor in Philosophy) and am now working for a magazine publisher in the Chicago area. I'm starting out in accounting and order processing, but I'm actually enjoying it quite a lot!

I hope to move on to the writing/editing side of things someday, unless I decide to go back to school and uh...teach, believe it or not. Oh, and did I mention there's a pool in the office building? I kid you not. A pool. I'm also learning the joys of small office drama...I swear, if I ever complete a novel, my coworkers had better never read it, because they'll probably be in it!

I've got my own place now and I find myself easily worn out by doing Responsible Adult Things, so I won't be able to keep an eye on the site as much as I have in the past, but I'm certainly willing to help out when I have time.

Also, as of November 2, I'm officially participating in NaNoWriMo, a competition for crazy people in which we all attempt to write a 50,000 word novel in one month! I'm still keeping an eye on the place, but as you can imagine, this marathon of writing is going to take up a lot of my time.

Between the hours of 8:00-17:00 (central US time, GMT-6:00), I'm most likely at work. I probably wouldn't use my work computer for UESPWiki even if I could (it's never even heard of Windows 3.1, let alone the internets), but I do check in periodically using my Blackberry. However, the internet browser sometimes has small disagreements with the wiki, particularly when it comes to forms (like welcome messages or warnings), and sometimes it even rejects the entire edit window.

Because of this annoying feature, you may sometimes see me revert an edit or place a block, but "forget" to post a message about it. If you see this happen during my work hours, don't worry: I always make myself a note so I'll remember to take care of it later. If you feel the message needs to go up more quickly, feel free to do so on my behalf.

Also, please don't be offended if I don't respond quickly while I'm at work. I am working, after all ;). Trust me, I'd rather be responding to you, but sometimes it just isn't possible. If there's an emergency, the quickest way to contact me when I'm not at home is through email.

I'm currently spending some time on the Oblivion NPC Redesign Project checking NPC inventories, factions, and spells. Since we're now adding more house information to the pages, I'm going to be grabbing some screenshots to spruce things up a bit. While I'm at it, I'm also taking interior shots for the castle pages. Wanna view or make changes to the image list? Be my guest!

Otherwise, I'm almost always watching the Recent Changes page, patrolling, and doing admin-related tasks. Head to my talk page if you have questions about any edits, and I'll do my best to answer!
