I am working on pages of Save File Format and BSA File Format here on the UESP.

Oblivion projects include (but not limited to):

• Debugging & documentation of Oblivion.exe internals.
• Modification of Oblivion.exe.
  • Extending/hacking script engine.
  • I've made some changes so Oblivion outputs more debug information.
  • FaceGen related things.
• Save file format.
• BSA file format.
