Adrian Decanius is an Imperial commoner. He is at his home in the Imperial City's Elven Gardens District from 9pm to 9am, sleeping from 10pm to 6am. At all other times, he can be found in the Arboretum, though he returns home to eat dinner at 6pm. During the Light the Dragonfires quest, he and all other Imperial City residents are confined to their homes.

Adrian's garment is of a medium standard, but he is noteworthy for wearing a Chainmail Cuirass most of the time. He is armed with an Iron Mace and an Iron Dagger but carries little else, apart from his house key and some gold.

His house is a typical three-story Imperial City building. The ground floor holds little of interest, except for an archery practice target which Adrian doesn't use. A few bottles of Skooma, a nice collection of wines and a chest containing some weapons and armor can be found upstairs in the Private Quarters.
