When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Can someone delete my user page and talk page?

If you want a page to be deleted, you can use the speedy deletion template on the top of the page. Make sure that it meets the deletion policy before you do this. As this is an author-requested delete, it can be speedily deleted, so you can add a speedy deletion template to your pages if you wish to.
