I've been wanting to do a playthrough of Oblivion for a while I spent almost all last night setting it with mods.I am almost finished I am just sorting everything with BOSS when it says some mods need cleaning which I do and it works perfectly for almost all of them except for the last couple of mods.
Whenever I try clean a couple of mods I get this error from TES4Edit.
An Error occurred while loading modules.Editing is disabled. Check the message log and correct the error.
I did that and what the log is saying is a the problem is not the problem.

The mods in question are

Cobl Glue
Harvest Flora Shivering Isles
Harvest Flora frostcrag DLC
SM_Shivering isles

The message log is saying that the masters need to be loaded first and they are but its saying that there not.But I know for a fact that they are since I use Wrye Bash and BOSS so the load order is set.I just need to figure this then do the bashed patch then start the game and hope everything works.

One other question how do I had bash tags to a mod because the area for bash tags on my version of wrye bash is at the very bottom of the screen and barley visable and you can't type in it.I had to use LOOT last time to add tags to a couple of mods so I could Darnify the Books but the installation was borked for some reason.
