DISCLAIMER: I already know that Daggerfall Unity project fixes that bug, but it is not my point here because I would like to stay with the original engine.

I’m extremely frustrated because despite my numerous researches and attempts to find an official or unofficial patch which fixes that broken dodging skill (I tried plenty of setup packs and characters build, but I have never been able to increase that skill in game by any %), and so it makes me impossible to have it as a primary skill with a Nightblade class due to this unworking mechanic.
I also found that apparently that skill doesn't work properly by decreasing chances to hit enemies instead of increasing chances to dodge enemies hits.
Some will say I could create a custom class and removing it from primary skills but I really would like to rather fix it because I love dodging skills in RPGs.

If someone knows a way to keep the original graphic engine and fix this problem, I would be eternally grateful…

UPDATE: after trying to create a full speed character, my dodge skill increased so the bug mentionned on my previous message doesn't really exists.

So this topic can be closed
