Corpus in Ald-ruhn

I have never come across this topic. Is it exclusively available at a certain point in the Main Quest? The wording makes me think it is available for a finite amount of time. I imagine you can see the topic of Corpus in Ald-ruhn after being assigned the quest but not yet completing the step of defeating Dagoth Gares and thus contracting Corprus. The topic is never introduced in conversation and will never appear in-game. As I noted on Vala Catraso's page, there are a lot topics like this in the game; we really need to note these on the wiki.
