Lord of Sigillum Sanguis is the guardian of the sigil stone in the citadel located in the Bruma Oblivion Gate.

The lord wears a full set of Daedric Prince Armor (though only the boots and helmet are lootable) and is armed with a random dremora weapon and a Valkynaz's warhammer. He carries an assortment of scrolls, jewelry, and potions.
