Online talk:A Change of Heart

Frederic is missing..?

At the quest stage directing player to search the servants quarters, I enter, Frederic looks around, says "This might be it..." And a book visibly vanishes from the bed. My quest marker and journal then point me to talk to him, but he is gone. Quest arrow next to the bed, nobody there. What am I doing wrong?
