[Bug] Boethiah Cultists Respawn in The Arcanaeum

After reaching stage 450 by reading the journal in the Arcanaeum and being ambushed, those two cultists will respawn in the Arcanaeum every time the cell resets, even long after completion of the quest. — Unsigned comment by 94.192.118.238 (talk) at 23:55 on 22 December 2021 (UTC)

I suspect this is also the cause of Boethiah Cultists appearing in locations they shouldn't, like inside player homes. They're set to only travel at walking speed, so their appearance may appear fairly random, but I think their it's actually them spawning in the Arcanaeum and then stalking the player, eventually catching up and attacking, whenever and wherever that may be. – Robin Hood ^(talk) 02:34, 19 July 2022 (UTC)

This walkthrough is completely wrong and out of order

The correct order is a.) find the body of eranya and read her journal -or- read her notes in the arcaneum b.)visit sivdurs respite and read eranyas journal there c.)visit the arcaneum and read her notes if you have not done so, finding out where to find the amulet and magrathi's skull d.) acquire the amulet in whiterun e.) acquire the skull from shroud hearth barrow then finish the rest of the quest as written. Whoever wrote this wrote the easiest way to cheat the quest, not the proper order.
