Hamtha Cavern is a medium-sized cave in the Boethiah's Spine containing animals. To reach it, leave Tel Oren and cross over the bridge. Head south, past the Abammu Grotto and after passing under a rock arch, follow the wall of the cliff around to the left. The entrance is tucked away at the back of a narrow cleft.
Although there are supposed to be nine creatures guarding the cave, seven of them are "moth" leveled lists, which contain no creatures. This means the only inhabitants are a horned beetle and a diseased blue beetle. There are no items in the cave, so unless you are looking to harvest bloat from the numerous plants, there is no reason to visit the cave.
