Summary[edit]

I was able to load up Lydia with a whole bunch of dwarven metal by doing: "I need you to do something for me", then pointing to the item I need her to pick up. The game does not check her encumberence when picking up the item. If she is encumbered, she dies more easily in combat, so you'll need to be careful to not let her rush into any fights.

• 13 bent dwarven scrap metal * 2lbs = 26
• 13 lg decorative dwemer strut * 15lbs = 195
• 16 lg dwemer plate metal * 2lbs = 32
• 13 lg dwemer strut * 20lbs = 260
• 6 sm dwemer plate metal * 2lbs = 12
• 25 dwarven metal * 25lbs = 625

Total weight: 1,150 lbs
