An unknown man narrates this video which talks about the Longhouse Emperors and their deal with Mehrunes Dagon:

"Long ago, in the Second Era there were those who would sacrifice humanity's future for power in the present."

<Scene shows some hooded figures standing before Mehrunes Dagon.>

"When the Longhouse Emperors came to power, they made bargains with the Daedric Princes to maintain their grip on Tamriel."

<A man sits on a throne atop a pile of bodies.>

"Their power solidified, Imperial influence began to sway Emperor Durcorach, the Black Drake. He believed that only devotion to Mehrunes Dagon could maintain his family's legacy."

<A fight plays out between two figures, one with magic and one with a sword and armor. Scene then switches to a single man, Durcorach, bowing before Dagon.>

"As a result, he struck a bargain with the Daedric Prince, to cement his family's rule for generations to come."

<Mehunres Dagon swings his axe and the screen cuts to four glowing red lines on a black background.>

"And with that bargain, came the creation of the Four Ambitions."

<Scene shows the crowning of Emperor Moricar.>

"It was the Black Drake's son, Moricar, who forged the Ambitions. Once again calling on the Prince of Destruction to create these daedric weapons."

<Shows Leovic and another man, who abruptly stabs Leovic in the gut. A map of Tamriel is shown with four symbols representing the Ambitions.>

"The weapons were passed down to Moricar's son, Leovic. But before Leovic was slain, he hid the Ambitions across Tamriel. And they were lost, for all time."

<A dying man is shown before it zooms out into a collage of previous scenes.>

"Reduced to only whispers, rumors, secrets hidden in the dark. Until now."

<Video shifts from painted illustrations to in-game visuals and battles with Daedra.>

"But you are not the only one who hopes to find them. There are those who would seek the Four Ambitions for themselves, to harness the powers of Oblivion for their own ends."

<The screen cuts to black after the POV character hits back at a giant unknown figure.>

"But you must stop them. You must succeed."
