Abishpulu Shand is a Dunmer farmer who lives in Gnisis. He has a number of Muck sponges outside his hut, from which he invites you to take a few samples during the Gathering Muck quest for the Imperial Cult. It is not necessary to talk to him during the quest or at any other time, however. Other than a greeting offering the use of his Muck plants during the quest, he has no unique information.
