Mathyn Bemis

Mathyn Bemis is a hostile male Dunmer Agent located in the Hlaalu Ancestral Vaults, in the Hlaalu Canton canalworks in Vivec. He is the head of a group of outlaws who are defiling the tomb with their camp. There is a writ on his life.

He is a medium trainer in Short Blade, Light Armor and Sneak, if you can manage to speak to him.
