If your character has magic absorption or is born under the Sign of the Atronach, Shrines can serve as a means to restore Magicka. I use this strategy along with summons, especially Ancestor Ghosts. Is there a console command to add a spell effect to the character's repertoire for enchantment? If so, the spell's ID should be listed on its page.
