Problem[edit]
NPCs' faces look "dirty" in game.
Cause - Ugly Self Shadows[edit]
This can be an effect of turning on self shadows.
Solution: Turn off self shadows in Video settings, either via the in-game (ESC) menu or the Oblivion.ini.
