Arantir was a High Elf who worshipped Azura during the Merethic Era. A vision of him can be witnessed within the Moonshadow Shrine.

Quest-Related Events

Leramil the Wise will have summoned you to investigate various locations around Tamriel visited by Torvesard who is trying to find the third Glyphic so he may free his Prince. Leramil's portal to Grahtwood will bring you to the Reliquary of Stars where the Moonshadow Shrine is hidden. Once you reach the sanctum, you can use the Echonir to view visions from the past.

Your vision will become green-tinted, and you will see Nirwidil and Sildennil in front of the altar on which a lamp sits:

Nirwidil: "The Golden Eye's warning was clear. This Saliache vault is no longer safe. We must move the lamp."

Sildennil: "But where can we hide the relic?"

<Arantirjoins them and walks to the lamp.>

Arantir: "I know a cave to the north. The lamp should be safe there, once we apply the appropriate spells."
