- Feed on another Vampire.
Vampire Cannibal is awarded for feeding on a fellow vampire. This can only be done on vampire NPCs, who are usually hostile and will therefore require a degree of stealth. An easier option would be to target a neutral vampire, such as those found at the Orchard if you sided with them during the quest The Harvest Heart.
