Proposal to Eliminate This Page

I believe this Crafting Writ Boards page is not needed. Its sole purpose appears to be a placeholder of the table about writ board locations, which has been linked over into the crafting writs main page (https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Crafting_Writs).
