Proving Grounds and Elinhir Region connection

I think that the Proving Grounds is a possible name for the Elinhir Region in Craglorn. There is nothing that backs this up other than the name of the Dolmen. Since of course, there is a clear distinction between the Elinhir and Belkarth region, the Proving Grounds would be a name for the Elinhir region specifically, rather than the majority of Lower Craglorn. Plus, there is an unmarked dolmen northeast of Shada's Tear so that wouldn't count for the eastern portion. I asked the region name question on ESO Live specifically with the hope that Proving Grounds would be part of the answer and we'd get the name of the other half alongside it. Unfortunately it didn't pan out like that, and Proving Grounds was not menioned in the answer. --Enodoc (talk) 14:55, 31 August 2017 (UTC)
