Typo in creature name not book

Given the Vosh Rakh as a group, and that the names of these two welwa are Vosh and Rahk, I think we should deal with this welwa's name as the one with the typo, not the book. It makes massively more sense for this to be the typo given how much Rakh is written in game, and this is the only instance of Rahk. I'll remove the Sics from the book, but we probably should change the note here to indicate that it is a misspelling (though we could leave it, as the note here doesn't editorialize about which is correct).
