Update 39 changed the number of Dark Anchors needed to complete the quest from three to one. The following is from the Update 39 post on the ESO forum:

"Reduced the number of Anchors required for Fighters Guild, Summerset Geyser and Dragon Hunt dailies from 3 to 1."

Also, the individual UESP zone pages for the Cardea Gallus quest all state that one Anchor is needed to complete the quest, so this page should similarly reflect that.

The opinion about it being "very unlikely" that soloing the Anchors for Cardea Gallus' quest is possible since others will be trying to complete them should be removed. I have been soloing this quest for quite a while and have had no trouble, often being the only one at a given location to complete it. The opinion may have been true when the quest was first implemented but doesn't seem to be true any more, and it might dissuade some solo-only players from attempting the quest. 75.172.1.166 12:25, 25 September 2023 (UTC)
