2. Find her silver locket.

[edit] Finding Heather

Heather is one of the prisoners you must free during the Rescue Prisoners Quest. She can be found in the cells. She will tell you that a family heirloom, a silver locket made by her father, was taken by the bandits to practice on.

The Locket is located in the training room, which is to the south of the infirmary. It contains two rooms, one of which has a female prisoner (again, part of the Rescue Prisoners Quest) and some chests. The chest on the far right contains the silver locket.

If you found the locket before speaking to Heather, you can simply give it to her when you talk to her. Otherwise she will have returned to Azra's Crossing and you will have to return there to complete this quest.
