1. Talk to Sharnoga gra-Mal in the Old Ebonheart Fighters Guild.
2. Speak to Capia Hegeteria at the Imperial Library in the Ebon Tower.
3. Search for clues to Constantius's whereabouts in Teknilashashulpi.
4. Return to Sharnoga gra-Mal.

10		Sharnoga gra-Mal in the Old Ebonheart Fighters Guild asked me to take the journal page to the Imperial Library and see if they can decipher it.
20		Capia Hegeteria was somehow able to identify the smudge as Teknilashashulpi. It lies east of Old Ebonheart in the Sundered Scar and was probably Constantius' next location.
30		I found another journal page from Constantius in Teknilashashulpi. It describes the stranger as a crippled battlemage who warned Constantius that Lenwyn was secretly jealous of his accomplishments. The note mentions their next destination as a dwemer ruin northwest of Necrom in the east. Sharnoga would be interested in this.
50	Finishes quest	Sharnoga gra-Mal congratulated me on getting closer to finding Constantius and gave me a powerful amulet.
100	Finishes quest	I discovered Constantius' cause of death and returned the body.
