The Isle of Arches, illustrating how it got its name

The Isle of Arches is a desolate but beautiful island in the Telvanni Isles sacred to the Tribunal Temple. Also called Balvir Isle, it lies in the Sea of Ghosts, between the northern tip of the mainland's Sunad Mora region and the north coast of Vahn Isle. Unlike the other islands in the archipelago, the Isle of Arches is uninhabited.
