Manumnabi is a small cavern, near Felms Ithul, home to the Nix-Mother and her Nix-Hound pack.
Walk north-west from the Felms Ithul Velk pen until you reach the riverside. The cavern entrance is near the northern tip of the island.
The cave itself is a disused smugglers' den, and is currently occupied by a pack of Nix-Hounds, and the unique Nix-Mother - a Nix-Hound of remarkable size, health and strength.
The Fighters Guild quest, A Champion Lost, requires the player to enter Manumnabi, and retrieve a note from atop some crates there.
