Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Marcus Reprus on Darvonis' piers about get my ring back.
2. Speak to Sassanibat at Sassanibat's Yurt with 70+ disposition OR kill the yurt's inhabitants and bring the ring back to Marcus.
3. If believing the Ashlanders, talk to Marcus.
4. Return the amulet to Sassanibat, then return the ring to Marcus.

Notes

• Sassanibat's Yurt is east-northeast of Darvonis, and almost directly east of the prominent Dwemer ruin of Chunzefk.
• Marcus will only give you the gold AND the amulet if you did not give the amulet to the Ashlanders, but killed them instead.

5		I met a man in Darvonis by the name of Marcus Reprus. He claims to have been kidnapped by Ashlanders on the way to Old Ebonheart, but he escaped, leaving behind his prized ring. The ring is a family heirloom and has been in the family for generations.
10		I told Marcus that I'd get his ring back. He says he wandered east of Darvonis before he was attacked, so that might be a good place to start my search.
20		I met Sassanibat, one of the Ashlanders that Marcus says kidnapped him. They tell me a different story. Apparently, they were out hunting when they spotted Marcus being attacked by a wild animal. They rushed to his aid and nursed him back to health, but when they came back from hunting again, they found that he was gone and had apparently taken one of their amulets with him.
30		I chose to believe the Ashlanders' version of what happened, and will speak to Marcus about this turn of events.
40		Although Marcus did not believe the Ashlander's story, he agreed to hand over the amulet.
50		The amulet has been returned to the Ashlanders and they gave me Marcus' ring in exchange.
60		I chose not to believe the Ashlander's story.
70		I have killed the Ashlanders.
100	Finishes quest	I returned Marcus' ring back, and he rewarded me.
150	Finishes quest	Marcus Reprus is dead.
