Varzan

"Hey there, you! Can you help me? A friend and I were exploring this tomb when we were attacked by a swarm of bonewalkers."

Varzan is a Redguard crusader and native of Dragonstar. He is encountered outside of Raloran Ancestral Tomb, having been separated in recent combat from his dear friend, Arvena, with whom he grew up. He is devastated by the prospect of her death, and will ask for your assistance in finding her - weeping as he finds what he believes to be her bones.

However, Arvena has indeed survived the fight, and the two will happily reunite at the end of the quest - assuming that Varzan survives your expedition into the tomb.
