Become a jailer for one of the four major city's by killing the current jailer by stealing his outfit and sit in his chair maybe grab a clay bowel & a stone cup put two apples & cheap dirty wine or maybe you could be evil and put a bad apple in with really rotten and new wine.

After you do that you could sleep in the guard's barracks.
