Tools and Tech are various programs or extenders that I (and many people) use to help manage the mods I use, or to extend the possibilities of Oblivion.

Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) - Pretty much everything ever requires this.

Oblivion Mod Manager - The best mod manager out there. I consider it better than NMM by far. Plus, you need it if you're using my quick-download feature.
