[edit] My Talk Page

Just starting a new page.

[edit] Mentor

I didn't realize that you could just become a mentor.....--Most Honored Listener 23:38, 25 August 2007 (EDT)

Yes, any user is free to designate themselves as a mentor if they feel they can meet the requirements.SubtleCynicism 23:53, 25 August 2007 (EDT)

Meh, I'm good with the wiki Ace62394 00:18, 31 August 2007 (EDT)

[edit] Stub Tags

Hey there. I just noticed you flagging some /Description pages as stubs and I thought I would let you know that even though these pages are all short and many of them are sentence fragments, they are not stubs. The description pages are included via templates onto other pages, like in quest links or location articles. This should save you a lot of trouble ;).

Also, please do not remove cleanup tags from pages such as Oblivion:Quickwater Cave unless the requested cleanup has been performed. The Oblivion Places Redesign Project is currently in the process of providing adequate walkthrough information (not just computer-generated facts or notes) for all location pages, and removing the appropriate tags makes it difficult to see what work has been completed. If you'd like to contribute walkthrough information, please see the project pages and feel free to dive in! --Eshe 23:59, 5 September 2007 (EDT)

[edit] Whoops!

Oh, my mistake, I thought by walkthrough, the person meant where all the things were like on those maps near the bottom! Sorry! Ace62394 00:01, 6 September 2007 (EDT)

That's okay, just thought I'd let you know before you put yourself to too much wasted effort ;). --Eshe 00:11, 6 September 2007 (EDT)

[edit] Why you were removed from the Mentor Program

This is a courtesy message to inform you that your user profile has been removed from the list of mentors at UESPWiki:Mentor Program, and also to request that you remove the "Mentor" userbox on your user page. If this userbox is not removed within one week from the date of this notice, an administrator will remove it. Please visit the Mentor Program page to see the new expectations of mentors. If you believe you satisfy the expectations of Mentors, then please contact the user who posted this message. The reason you were removed from the list is: "Mentors are expected to have made at least 200 constructive edits, outside of “User” and “Talk” namespaces."

It's been a week, so I've gone ahead and deleted the mentor userbox from your user page. If you become more active on the site and reach the 200 edit requirement (and also have the other requirements as detailed at UESPWiki:Mentor Program), please feel free to join the mentor program at that point. We would welcome the assistance, it's just that we're also trying to make the mentor program as useful as possible for new editors. --NepheleTalk 20:31, 13 November 2007 (EST)

[edit] Banned from the forums?

Why have I been banned from the forums? Did I do something bad? My IP address has been banned, so I can't even check the forums! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ace62394 (talkcontribs).

Is this on the UESP forums? Because I can't see any evidence that the IP address you're currently using or that your forums account has been banned in any way from the UESP forums. If you are having problems, make sure that you're using the new link for the forums, namely forums.uesp.net . There have been occasional strange problems with logging in, so you may want to try a few times. Finally, if you're still having problems, could you provide more details, such as the exact error message you're being shown and the IP address you were using at the time? --NepheleTalk 18:23, 11 March 2008 (EDT)
