Ok so im new here, but i have a little question for you guys regarding shivering isles for xbox and thevies guild. is it possable to wear the gray cowl of nocturnal in the shivering isles without getting jailed and/or having any bounty without stealing anything? please post back

skyrim: compass cut off screen.
