Marsh's house stands abandoned after Marsh fled Leyawiin.

Marsh's House is a house that belongs to a fugitive Argonian named Marsh; he is currently in hiding on an island in the Niben Bay. Marsh's house is located in the north-eastern corner of Leyawiin, next door to Best Goods and Guarantees.

The house is one story, but has several rooms. The door opens into a small foyer; off to one side is a storage area that serves as a pantry - it has a cupboard, shelves, and several containers containing various foodstuffs. Straight ahead is the dining room, which has a large table and two chairs sitting near a large fireplace. A makeshift wall cuts this off from the rest of the house - a living room with a bench and shelf of books; a small table that serves as a writing desk; and a bedroom area. The bedroom has two sets of shelves; one holds several weapons and arrows and a locked chest with gold and gems in it; the other has clothing and bits of leather armor.
