Best Goods and Guarantees is a general store in the Chapel District of Leyawiin. [edit]

It is run by Gundalas, a very short Bosmer merchant with 1000 gold and 60 Mercantile. He will buy anything and he sells upgrades to the Leyawiin House, as well as armor, weapons, potions, and many scrolls. His partner is Elsynia, a Bosmer trader who also has 1000 gold and 60 Mercantile. She sells similar goods, besides the unique Nistor's Boots, which boost Speed and Athletics and give Water Breathing.

Because the store is very dark and has many ingredients, armor, weapons, and tableware spread throughout, it is a nice spot for thieves. Both Elsynia and Gundalas live upstairs.
