Philomon sweeping the streets clean

Philomon is a Redguard farmer who lives in Anvil.

Philomon gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast. He spends most of the day sweeping the street outside his house; at 6pm, he comes in to eat dinner, then sits down to read a book before retiring to bed at 11pm.

He wears a coarse linen shirt, green felt linen pants, and rough leather shoes, and carries a copy of Vampires of Vvardenfell, a broom, two bottles of ale, a blackcurrant pie, a house key, and a small amount of gold.

Philomon's house is located in the southwest corner of Anvil, beside the south wall. It is small - a single room - but neatly kept. He has a single bed, a fireplace with a barrel that serves as a table, a cupboard, a shelf packed with books, and some crates for storage.
