Elberoth is a dead male Bosmer captain who was running supplies for Raven Rock. His ship ran aground on the coast, northwest of the watch tower of the Colony, when they where attacked by Draugr. Apronia Alfena is the sole survivor from the stranded Supply Ship.

Elberoth had quite the fan in Baro Egnatius, so his old saber might come handy.
