The Guildmagister is the head of a local Mages Guild and offers guild quests, both member quests for members and non-guild quests for non-members. Although the type of reward for any quest is dictated by the quest files rather than one's reputation with the guild, a positive reputation slightly increases the amount of gold that is paid as a quest reward.
